Kotagede,<\/strong> once the capital of the Mataram Islamic Kingdom in the 15th century, is known for its ideal Javanese landscape. A short walk through the old town will offer a glimpse into the history and charm of this area.<\/p>\n

Omah UGM,<\/strong> a nearly 200-year-old house, survived the earthquake despite some damage. It was transformed into a center for cultural preservation and disaster mitigation training for heritage sites.<\/p>\n

The Muara Jogja Resto <\/strong>offers a unique Bali-inspired ambiance with stunning views of the lake, boats, and beach.<\/p>\n

Obelix Sea View, <\/strong>located just east of Parangtritis Beach, offers a stunning view of the South Sea, making it one of the best spots in Yogyakarta to enjoy a sunset.
